Course Profile

This course will run over 2 Saturdays on 10th September and 17th September from 10am to 5pm each day.

This course will guide the participant through the process of booking, managing and communicating travel and accommodation requirements for a production. It will aim to set a guideline and template for productions from small indigenous to large studio shoots, covering setup, coordination, communications and potential job sharing opportunities within the role.

  • Ground transport
  • Setting up the Production Folder – essential paperwork
  • Communication
  • Distribution
  • Unit moves
  • Cast travel

Participant Profile

This course is aimed at Assistant Production Coordinators and Production Assistants currently working in Film & TV Drama and applications with transferable skills keen to work in Film & TV Drama. Relevant experience is a bonus but not a requirement to participate in this course.

The course is limited to 16 participants.
